The Step Up films have been successful around the world, with three films already released, Step Up, Step Up 2: The Streets and Step Up 3D.

A fourth film has been confirmed and is set to be released sometime in 2012. Details about the plot and characters have not been announced yet, although Wade Robson and Mimi Santana are confirmed as choreographer and director, while Jon Chu will stand as the executive producer. On November 3rd Summit Entertainment released the plot and poster for Step Up 4Ever.[1] Robson later dropped out for personal reasons, and music video director Scott Speer will take over directing duties. [2]
